1. Delivery Areas We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates and to select international destinations.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Chilled Delivery (UAE): 1–2 business days
• Standard Delivery (UAE): 2–4 business days
• International Shipping: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates. MIÉA is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

3. Shipping Fees

• Free shipping on all orders above 350 AED
• Shipping fees for orders below 350 AED will be calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery type.

4. Chilled Express Delivery Chilled express delivery is available for temperature-sensitive products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

5. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

6. Delays & Issues MIÉA is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our [Return & Exchange Policy].
