Return Conditions:

• You must contact us within 6 days of receiving the product.
• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for any product that has been opened or used.
• All sales are final once the product has been opened.

Shipping-Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please send a clear photo of the damage via WhatsApp within 6 days of receipt. Your request will be reviewed, and if approved, the amount will be refunded as store credit to your account.
